    Fustrated with the whole process paid for the tickets two months ago booked the hotel as a birthday present for my daughter five days before the event and still no tickets very worried now no way to get in touch and get speak with someone :(

    I am not sure I can come the whole weekend as I'm moving house and wondered if I come the one day can I get my auto's and photos done on that day as special request  or if I cant make it can I still get autographs done on my tickets and sent to me

    When bringing a carer to an event, what sort of proof do you need that their my carer. Registered blind and my mum s my carer what do i need?

    Hiya av booked asylum 19 but had an email saying its cancelled an if i want to transfare my tickets i can so i want to transfare them to asylum 18 as its the same tickets .do i need to give you my ref numbers on hear or just email u as we emailed last week but heard nothing as yet . And wen do we receive the tickets plzzzzzz is it a week b4 the event thanx in advance x

    Hi I've made a bank transfer which will go through tomorrow made a tiny mistake with the reference I've put wcm events instead of my order number will this effect my ticket hope not .... Hope some one can put my mind at ease

    For the emerald pass it says 'one in person autograph with each regular guest'
    Who are the regular guests and if the actors I want to meet and get an autograph from isn't a regular guest how do I get an autograph from them

    I booked and paid for my daughter 2 tickets asylum 18 but its saying on hold but its been taken out of my bank already and I've sent emails and messages but not received anything back what is happening

    I see that an announcement goes up Rhiannon when etickets have been sent out as they go in batches...you are not alone....hopefully we'll get something very soon!...there seems to be a few people waiting too :o)

    What a shambolic company. No one ever replies to e mails, can't speak to anyone...I have paid a lot of money and no tickets for an event which starts in 6 days time. I will never book through you again.

    I have purchased 2 tickets for asylum 19, not had confirmation from yourselves as of yet. But been on rogue events to see if any news and noticed the tickets I have purchased have gone down by 20% this is really unfair to us who have already paid! The difference should be refunded as we bought an emerald pass but some are now paying more than others for the same thing!
