Why is my order still on hold after I made payment?

As we match up payments every 45 days, we generally do not update your order status from on hold or processing to complete in your account status until the 45 days has passed. (see also 'How does the order process work?')

    I ordered my tickets eight months ago and it still says on hold so this is clearly wrong.

    My Wolfsbane3 payment was made months ago, and I have yet to receive an email about if my money has reached Rogue Events or not.

    My Wolf Bane 3 payment was made october but it still says on hold i have freaking out cause its only a month away and recieved anyway i can contact someone????

    For the majority of attendees this information is correct. Occasionally we have trouble matching payments. This is easily corrected once all etickets have been issued for an event.

    My payment was made 7 months ago, and it still "on hold". How can i be certain that my payment is ok and i'll receive my ticket? Or how can i confirm the payment?

    I recently ordered my ticket for City of Heroes 2 and paid for them but I haven't got a confirmation email yet. How do I know that my ticket has 100% been paid for as the money has left my bank.

    got a email saying booked tickets for city of heroes 2 paid for it but when I sign into rouge events there's nothing there to even say ive booked please help

    I'm having the same issue with my asylum ticket confirmation. The money has left my account but I have had no confirmation.

    i ordered my ticket in may and i sent my payment proof to rogue events (because they asked for it) and now they told me they wont give me a ticket, im so confused :o
