The flow chart attached below shows a typical ordering process.
- Your order your ticket online, paid for it within 7 days (If payment is not received your order will be cancelled without notification)
- Depending on how busy we are will depend on when your order status is changed and an e-ticket is issued (see also 'Why is my order still on hold?')
- All e-tickets are issued in batches and before the event. This can be up to 2 weeks before the event. So please do not panic if you don’t have an e-ticket just yet
- You will receive an ‘Order is complete’ email, this will have details of your order on it, please note this is for REFERENCE ONLY there is no need to pay or email us. See the attachment named email below.
- If you have NOT received an e-ticket and an announcement has been made that all e-tickets have been sent then raise a support ticket
