Confirmations

Where is my confirmation?

  • Depending on how busy we are will depend on when your order status is changed and an e-ticket is issued.
  • All e-tickets are issued in batches and before the event. This can be up to 1 week before the event. So please do not panic if you don't have an e-ticket just yet.
  • After a successful bank transfer your bank statement will show a payment to WCM Events Ltd. As long as you paid within 7 days this is your confirmation you have a ticket.
  • If you sent payment by special delivery, the Royal Mail website showing we have received it is your confirmation of a ticket, as long as you sent payment within 7 days.
  • You will receive a 'Order is complete' email, this will have details of your order on it, please note this is for REFERENCE ONLY there is no need to pay or email us. See the image below.
  • If you have NOT received an e-ticket and an announcement has been made that all e-tickets have been sent then email us.
  • Please DO NOT email us unless absolutely necessary.

    I still have not received my order confirmation after nearly 4 months

    My order for insurgence 8 is still on hold even though on the website it says the e tickets should be issued for when I paid by the latest 03/06/16, it is now that date and I am getting worried as I'm disabled and can't fully fill out the access form without the information that is on the e ticket. Help

    No 'Order is complete' email received, don't know if my order actually went through or not, I hope so and that I will receive my 2 emerald pass e-tickets before the Storybrooke 3 event! Order number #32452

    I have had no confirmation that my order is complete not even an email received, don't know if my order actually went through or not, I hope so as the money has gone out of my account. Is there any way to make sure it is confirmed? Its for 2 emerald tickets for the ravens 2 event. Order number #31552

    I ordered and paid for tickets for Storybrooke 3 but I haven't received a confirmation of the payment nor have I received the tickets. Please let me know as soon as possible. My order number is: #33835

    Has anyone received tickets as I have paid for 2 for the emerald secrecy pass need to sort travel hotel and babysitter but can't do this until I have confirmation

    Hi, I ordered 2 of the secrecy Emerald tickets and paid by my tickets are still saying on hold! My bank have definitely told me that the money has gone through and it's showing up on my statement! I've checked I've had the right details and everything! Is there a reason my tickets are still saying on hold because I'm getting worried now. Order number #34451

    I ordered 2 emerald passes and a photo op with lana for storybrooke3 via a bank transfer on the 9th February 2017 and I still haven't received any confirmation email to say it was successful but the money has gone out of my bank account, so I'm worried now as the event is next month.

    Just had a confirmation email through and I paid 30th January.. hope this helps anyone

    Normally when you book a ticket, you at least get an email to say the booking has gone through. I didn't get that email when I booked for I9 so i'm worried the booking didn't go through.

    Still not had my confirmation email for storybrooke3 and I have lost my email I got to say the tickets was on hold... I worried now as its a few weeks away now

    My payment has gone through to WCM events but I still haven't received an 'order is complete' email so I don't know if my order has actually gone through. I have paid for an autograph to the insurgence 9 event before paying for the emerald pass and photo op and I hope that my order has gone through properly and is legitimate. The order number is #35876

    I have ordered and paid for an autograph from Misha Collins for Asylum18, this was done at least 6 months ago and I still haven't yet received confirmation 'order is confirmed' whilst others attending the event have received theirs months ago who paid far later than me...

    Hi I haven't received my e'ticket or confirmed that you matched my payment for SB3 I paid for my ticket by bank transfer on 18th April. And order them on 11th April it also fell on bank holiday to. Order number is 37018

    I've ordered 2 tickets for Secrecy, when I received the email from you to say that the payment went through... it was 6 days after the email was sent and I wasn't able to add the names to the tickets how do I add the names to my tickets regards jenny
